Världen behöver snabbt fasa ut sitt beroende av fossila drivmedel till fördel för mer hållbara alternativ. Det här är grunden till Sunpines affär. Sunpine är världens största producent av Råtalldiesel, en viktig ingrediens i framtidens bränslemix.
Idag befinner vi oss i ett intensivt utvecklingsskede där hållbar tillväxt, hög produktionseffektivitet och miljöledarskap går hand i hand. Vår Miljöingenjör får en central roll i att säkerställa att vi uppfyller gällande miljökrav på vår expansionsresa och kommer att bidra till vår fortsatta utveckling på området.
Som Miljöingenjör ansvarar du för att följa upp och utveckla Sunpines egenkontrollprogram för miljö. Du håller i internutbildningar och entreprenörsutbildningar med miljöanknytning, driver miljötillståndsprocessen och säkerställer korrekt avfallshantering. Du följer också upp registreringar inom EU:s kemikalielagstiftning REACH samt deltar i och driver miljörelaterade projekt. Tjänsten rapporterar till Hållbarhetschefen.
Vi söker dig som har en miljövetenskaplig högskole- eller universitetsutbildning eller motsvarande. Du bör ha erfarenhet av miljöfarlig verksamhet enligt miljöbalken samt av arbete inom ramen för Seveso-lagstiftningen. Utöver det ser vi gärna att du har arbetat med miljötillståndsprocesser samt att du har god kännedom om avfallslagstiftningen och REACH-lagstiftningen.
Som person är du självgående, strukturerad, kvalitetsmedveten och har lätt för att samarbeta. Du trivs i en roll där du får ta initiativ och är bekväm med att kommunicera på både svenska och engelska.
Tjänsten är placerad i Piteå. Vi erbjuder möjlighet till hybridarbete och har även kontorsplats i Luleå.

In the role of paper Technical Customer Service Manager for Scandinavia, you support technical issues and communication with customers related to paper.

It is mainly related to paper complaints but also support for development and paper runnability on corrugators.

You will support both Smurfit Westrock's internal and external customers, for papers supplied by Smurfit Westrock papermills, but also third-party suppliers. The role is based in Piteå but you will report to the Quality Director Paper & Board in Amsterdam.

Main tasks include but are not limited to

- Supporting technical issues and complaints related to paper
- TCS support for internal and external customers
- Supporting Piteå paper mills, including quality management, participation in quality system audits and market and process development for Piteå mill.
- Representing Smurfit Westrock Piteå within the Paper Division's central organization regarding quality, development and improved profitability.

 

We are looking for you who have a civil engineering degree in the appropriate field, have several years of relevant work experience. Furthermore, we also see that you have experience of technical complaint management in an international environment. You have very good spoken and written skills in both Swedish and English.

Knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.

 

As a person, we believe that you have good cooperation skills and flexibility, you are proactive, customer-oriented and good at taking responsibility.

Job Description


The Project Management Office (PMO) in the Process Industries Division is now looking for a Document Controller to enforce its Project Controls team. Project Management Office (PMO) is today a team of 35 wonderful colleagues based all over the country. We run and support our organization with project management, planning, document control, financial follow-up, purchasing, engineering management and construction management in projects.


As a Document Controller, you establish and maintain the document management of project documentation in various projects and stages from study to execution project. You work side by side with project management and other project control functions to ensure that the document handling is working efficiently. Work tasks and responsibilities typically include:
Participating in quality assurance of project documentation and ensure that it meets the Client´s and project´s quality requirements
To receive, register and distribute internal and external project documentation in the Document Management System (DMS)
Continuous registration of revised technical documents and daily maintenance of the document database in the DMS
Follow-up on deadlines and assist the project in achieving milestones related to documentation deliveries
Communicating the documentation status and reporting deviations
Proactively managing the document management process and supporting the project team in matters concerning technical documentation and system assistance
Actively engaging with project team and relevant customer representatives as well as other stakeholders

Besides the standard project objectives, you constantly aim to achieve set targets through proactive collaboration with all project stakeholders.



Qualifications


The person we are looking for has:
a Degree in Engineering or Economics (or equivalent degree)
experience from working in some type of Document Management System
full professional proficiency in Swedish and English.

We expect applicants for the position to have a minimum of three years of experience in Document Management in industrial investment projects.
In addition, we appreciate:
the ability to establish document management processes and document distribution flows to achieve project objetives
a good knowledge and experience in working with document management at a construction site
excellent leadership, communication and inter-personal skills to ensure a smooth communication with client’s organization and within the project team
good command of data analytics and visualization tools
strong self-leadership skills, proactive and persistent attitude, hands-on mentality and desire to further develop in your role and grow within the team
readiness to travel
